Summary: The hotel looks and feels fantastic, the rooms are great but my stay was dissapointing. First they did not service my room and the cleaning staff had gone by 5pm. OK, I can live with that. My BIGGEST issue was the resturant. Breakfast was fantastic, the food was fantastic but being able to eat in the resturant was limited. On my last night I went to eat at 6:30, the resturant was 25% full, they said that the earlies available time to eat was 8:00. I am at a hotel, no transportation and I cant eat in the resturant so I ordered room service. I came in paper bag like uber eats. very disapointing especially when I looked at the resturant and it is still half full. My last comment is that someone is not paying attention to basic details. In the room is a Kurig coffee maker and 2 cups, very nice. On the side of the Kurig a 3 buttons which say 8, 10 & 12 oz. The cups they provided, all fancy with the hotel name, hold 8oz. With 2 cream added the cup is very very full. I pressed 8 oz as I did not know the size of the cup but if I had pressed 10 or 12 I would have made a big mess. So nice hotel but dont expect to eat dinner in the resturant.
