Positive: Giuliano the host was really friendly and helpful, responding straight away to questions. The house was very clean and had all the basic necessities. Fully equipped kitchen but didn't find the toaster.
Negative: The only supplies we found were a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a few teabags and a third of a small washing up liquid. We would have appreciated some basic supplies eg more toilet paper, a little oil, salt, pepper, some water, coffee, sugar. Furthermore, the bed linen and towels cost a further 10 euro per person. He forgot to switch on the a/c and we could only use it between 10/ 10:30pm and 8am. There were 2 fans, one didn't work properly and we had 3 bedrooms. In this respect, sadly, we weren't comfortable.
