Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Very secluded location for absolute privacy. Large house surrounded by olive groves. Well equipped kitchen. Central location in Tuscany, close to Siena and Chianti region.
Negative: Communication with the rental company Novasol was very poor. Although the airconditioning didn't work, they wanted to charge an additional 15 EUR/day for the use of it. E-mails were not replied to and telephone conversations were rude and did not provide any solution.
Summary: Beautiful property but bad communication with rental agency
