Positive: Convenient location.

Negative: 1, very difficult to get hot water, gave to took cold water shower. 2, I communicated with him in English. But the host only spoke Italian. He asked me to use translator to communicate with him in his language. Even said to me, if you come to Italy and Rome, you should speak Italian. This is very rude! If you don’t prefer to speak English, you should have made it very clear in your booking.com introduction. 3, the host also asked me to cancel my booking if I didn’t communicate in his language! But that was after the payment already processed and free cancellation date was over! Why did he ask me to cancel the booking? 4, usually I always receive detailed check in information in advance or on the arrival date. But i didn’t receive any information from the host. I sent a couple of messages to the host at about 7:02pm, which is one and half hour before my estimated arrival time through booking.com and WhatsApp, I didn’t receive any reply! I had to contact booking.com customer service for advice. only after I requested to the host again in Italian then he replied and it was already 8:02pm! I travel around the world since 1988, I have to say this is the first and worst host in term of communication!
