Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location was very good and access was fine for us. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk.The views were great and central to everything. The host was friendly when handing over the keys and quickly sorted out a problem for us. He also took the trouble to find a particular rugby match on the tv for us! It is a very quiet and peaceful place to stay which is great after long days of exploring.
Negative: The apartment hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived however the host quickly arranged for the cleaners to come and it was sorted out. There was a large piece of cardboard on the floor which covered missing parquet tiles and some of the other tiles had lifted which was a shame. I think that the description of the location should be very clear about the steep steps that lead up and down to the property as it could be a real issue for people with fitness or mobility problems.
Summary: A quiet, pleasant place to stay in a great location.
