新冷氣；新裝修廁所、新裝修廚房。熱水爐、抽氣扇、抽油煙機、木紋置頂櫥櫃、大儲物空間（有洗衣機接駁位和雪櫃位，有需要可幫手添置）

臨近港灣豪庭商場，安全小社區。有街閘。鎖匙經過3度閘門才到家內
