Positive: Direct access to the lake. Views, sunset, bar, hammocks, dogs (lovely), nice kitchen, free drinking water.
Negative: Room didn’t look like in the picture. Punctured bug screen. Bathroom was a bit sketchy, but totally usable. Things could have been cleaner for the price.
