Positive: You arrive after a descent into a building with a semi-abandoned garden. My STUDIO was impeccable, large, clean, with a flat TV, excellent A/C, coffee and sugar cubes, a coffee machine, a kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Absolutely quiet, with the supermarket and pizzeria a bit far away. Good Wi-Fi in the garden.
