Positive: The staff were helpful.
Negative: The location is in the middle of no where right on a very busy highway. If using for the airport it’s better because you haven’t got the main bankok traffic to get through but difficult if you want to go out anywhere as you need to use transport.
Summary: Great hotel, friendly helpful staff but need to think about whether the location is right for you.
