Positive: House design (wooden and bears everywhere) and supplies (all that you need on kitchen, Netflix, board games, grill), location (close to Big Trees Park, White Pines lake, Mercer caverns).
Negative: Need to get the keys in location 10 minutes from the house. It's an additional effort. Although instructions provided after reservation cover all needed details.
