Summary: Pros: very clean, great location, friendly staff, good breakfast included, side view of the ocean from 3rd floor balcony room, beach chairs to use for guests. Cons: only one, I’m a light sleeper and the trash truck came down the street at 5:45 AM and woke me up and was VERY noisy and it seemed like it took forever to empty every little trash can. I’m glad they do this because it keeps the area clean but if you’re a light sleeper consider a room away from the street.
