Positive: Amazing location, short drive to Peebles but felt you were out in the country. Great walks and bike rides straight from the house. Beautifully decorated and the living room is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. It really is a library with some great books on the shelves. Warm with a lovely wood burning stove. Great base for mountain biking at Glentress and exploring the area. We are already planning a repeat trip.
Negative: Wi-fi is occasionally too slow to stream a movie in the evening but a DVD player and great selection of DVDa are available
