Positive: Beautiful quiet neighborhood in a good location in Kyoto, traditional aesthetic, Clean, very comfortable, great bath, easy to find and enter, mini-amenities offered like coffee and tea were a nice welcome

Negative: Door is locked only with an easy to guess key code, only one bathroom, slightly difficult communication with owners about kyoto tourist city tax
