Summary: I was struggling if I should give the place 3 or 4 stars but decided on 3. This is a self service hotel and I knew that before. The room and the property are good (rooms starting to show it's age when though its rather new) and stayed there before and it was really good. Between my stays one thing changed the communication. They have clearly outsourced the communication and communicating was a struggle. I did not receive my code so I needed to call and ended up in what felt like a random call center were I could barely hear the guy on the line. At first they did not want to send me the code via mail and only wanted to tell me through the phone.. dunno why but in the end I was told to call back once I was at the property but in the meantime they all of a sudden the guy I talked to could send me the code so I did not need to call again.
