Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Everything is quite nice about this property. The house was very clean, comfortable and quite large. Among other things, there is a good gas grill, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The back porch is a great place to have dinner while overlooking the lake. The property itself is quite large and offers a large lawn area for games and a fire pit area. There's also an eagle nest just behind the house and there were teenage eagles in it with their parents. The pier is new and high quality though it doesn't have cleats to tie your boat so that's a bit challenging.

Negative: There's a yellowjacket nest in the side of the boathouse with stairs (so avoid it and use the path instead). There are plenty of plastic dining chairs but it could use some more lounge / lawn chairs. As with all the places we've experienced in the area, the well water is iron-heavy and some find it undrinkable so bring your own drinking water.

Summary: Great location and large, clean house with a big lawn and nice pier
