Summary: Ran into an issue where I was getting bug bites in the room I was staying. I reported this to the front desk. They did rent me a different room. They did not offer to help me swap rooms or seem to have any procedure for this type of situation. I asked for trash bags to put my clothes in to hopefully not bring any unwelcome guests home. The last day we were there, the fire alarm decided to go off repeatedly in the morning which was fun. The fitness room was pretty sparse. If you do any type of weightlifting, you are going to be disappointed. The bar and the kitchen were pretty nice with decent food and drinks. It's a pretty hotel in a very nice location.
