Positive: Superclose to the beach, like 3 minutes. Good size terrace. Wifi access, and airconditioning. The cooking tabletop electric induction plaque was very good and fast. Collecting the key from the keybox was convenient, so did not have to stress about when to arrive/leave. Neighbours were quiet, and generally a nice area.
Negative: For cooking there was only one electric induction tabletop plaque. It was supergood and fast, however it was only for one pot. There was no oven or airfryer oven. So, it was really impossible to cook anything besides frying things, or simply boil something. So, not convenient if you have children and need to cook different things. There was a microwave, but besides warming up stuff can’t be used for cooking. Only one double bed available. No sofabed. The extra “bed” turned out to be two single futon style mattesses that have to be placed on the floor. I would say the miniflat is okay for two people, but not more. The bathroom is small but functional, had a shower with no shower door, had a shower curtain that is too short, so all the water can and will come out the sides, need to be ready to mop the floor. It is in front of a police station, so you might be woken up by flashing blue lights… not a UFO, just the police cars.
Summary: Fantastic area, enjoy the beach thoughroughly, great local restaurants, easy access to the centre of Malaga just a 30 mi
