Positive: Beautiful little cottage in a great location, not far to walk to the beach and next door to pub and shop. Lovely little garden for the dog and very comfortable. Parking out the front a bit hit and miss but could always get a space round the corner in front of the church if all the spaces were taken. 10min drive to big supermarket and more facilities.

Negative: The cottage did feel like it was over due a deep clean rather than just the standard ‘change over’ clean. Dusting/cobweb removal, kettle descaling, oven degreasing, shower head lime scale removing etc. The main bedroom is great but be aware that the second bedroom is very small.

Summary: Very sweet little cottage, lovely location, good for the dog.
