Positive: Beautiful, luxurious apartments in the old town area of Ulcinj with a great view over the bay and castle. Easy walk to the Old Town and center. Friendly local family owners who went out of their way to help us, including arranging a rental car and offering a ride to the bus station.
Negative: The property is located on a hill on the side of Ulcinj. The bus station is about 2.5 km away, which means a 30–40 minute walk (especially with luggage), and finding the location directly can be a bit challenging, when arriving for the first time. For this reason, the apartment is better suited for guests with a rental car than for those traveling by bus or mainly on foot. I recommend booking in advance and asking the owner to arrange a taxi or pickup from the bus station, which makes arrival much easier.
Summary: Nice stay in a nice city!
