This modern and bright 45m2 apartment is located in Almería a few meters from Las Conchas beach. The apartment is on the 8th floor. It has unique and wonderful views. In less than a minute's walk, you can reach the beach.
With a capacity for up to 4 guests, you will have everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. Two guests can sleep in the double room and two more on the sofa bed in the living room.

The Space:
The apartment is divided into a living area with a sofa bed and television, a well-equipped and totally independent kitchen-dining room, a complete bathroom with a comfortable and modern shower, and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form one double bed. In this room there is a closet with enough space to put the clothes of 4 people.
It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented for a wonderful vacation or a comfortable business stay.
The apartment has air-conditioning and heating. The building has an elevator.
There is public parking 200 meters away.

Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit.

Entry is via electronic lock.

The Neighborhood:
This beach is located in a charming old fishing neighborhood in the south of Almería, and thanks to its central location we can access it both by car and by public transport. With the advantage that we can go with just enough, since the beach has sunbeds and umbrellas for rent.
Apart from enjoying the sea, we can take advantage of its two kilometers of length to take long walks at any time of the day, and when we finish, go to the promenade and savor the wide range of bars and restaurants where we can have a drink while admiring the landscape that around us.

To get to the apartment you can come by car, there is free parking nearby (ask us before arrival and we will help you organize parking)

There is also parking in the blue zone around the apartment.

You can get to the apartment by bus, there is a bus station nearby.

You can arrive by plane and use a taxi from the airport.

Once you arrive at the apartment you do not need to use a car. You can walk to all places from the apartment, you can also go by bus, it is easy, fast and very economical.

Included services:
The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found upon arrival are a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more.

WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.

The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
The sofa beds are not prepared for sleeping on arrival, we will deliver the bed linen and towels when the number of guests requires it.

Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.

We will provide you with a transfer service from the airport and back to the airport, you can book it directly on our supplier's website and pay the cost of your transfer directly.
