Positive: It was clean and new

Negative: The booking clearly states that it includes an entire apartment with a kitchen and shows pictures of it. At no point does it state that the kitchen is shared. When we got there it was a shared kitchen and an apartment complex with individual rooms which meant we didn't have anywhere private even to boil the kettle for a cup of tea. This is quite misleading. We contacted booking.com over 24 hours ago with regards to the property not matching the description and have not had a response yet. The host came out to the balcony when we arrived and did not say a single word to us. She just stared at us entering the code and offered no assistance. We discovered it was shared as there was a family with children staying there and also another young couple. They also booked the property believing that they would have it to themselves. All of us were shocked to be sharing and would not have booked had we have known otherwise. It's a clean and nice enough place and without the misleading and deceptive advertising I am sure people would enjoy it but the false advertising in combination with being stared at by the host on entering and exiting the building would mean we would not recommend.
