Summary: Although the building has aged, the apartment I had was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, and the balcony had a wonderful view of Almunecar and the seaside promenade. The half board at EUR16 per person was well worth the money. There was not much soundproofing though (thin walls), and the doors of the kitchen furniture squeaked loudly. The major drawback is that wifi is available only at the lobby or the restaurant, and half of the time it didn't work as far as my computer was concerned.
