Positive: Our family had a wonderful three-night stay at this welcoming and comfortable bed and breakfast. The location was perfect — conveniently situated between Portobello Beach and central Edinburgh, making it easy to explore while still enjoying peaceful, quiet nights away from the crowds. The warm hospitality and cozy atmosphere made it a great home base for our family trip, and we would happily stay again. Lynne and Rob were exceptionally friendly hosts, serving very generous breakfast portions. Lynne's scones with cream and homemade jam are the best!
Negative: The pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The skylight was very nice for brightening the room, but an optional shade at night could be nice since its bright very early in the mornings.
Summary: Friendly and welcoming B&B in quiet, convenient location!
