Positive: The location is fantastic to Itaewon. I only stayed for one night but it was pleasant. The other guests were respectful and was easy to navigate. Clean bedding and bathroom was fine. I plan to stay here again.
Negative: The door to the room was broken. When I got there, a girl was talking to the manager about it on the phone. The code would not unlock it and it required so much effort to open. Also when I came back late the door would not close and so the alarm went off and I couldn't turn off the alarm! I was trying so hard to be respectful and quiet 🥲 I felt so bad for my roommates! Please, please, please fix the door!
