Positive: Definitely nothing wrong with this place, clean, friendly hosts, a nice place to stay when you want to visit Umbria or east Tuscani.

Negative: The beds are very old and not so comfortable, which is normal considering the pricepoint. In the bathroom there was a terrible smell of smoke, We left the window open almost all day and never could get rid of it.
