The Cottage itself is located on the corniche Fleurie in the Caucade/Fabron area of Nice with a gorgeous view of the Mediterranean. It is one bedroom with a big and open living room space all enjoying views of the Sea. The pool area an idyllic place to grab lunch or dinner or an aperitif during the warm months and enjoy the views of the Mediterranean. The location in my opinion is one of the best. You don’t have the noise or the big crowds or the impossible task of finding the parking as is the case in center of Nice , yet you are less than 10 min away by car .
