Summary: The front desk staff barely interacted at check in. I even had to ask if we were all done. Another guest stood in front of the other staff member that was clearly ignoring her and finally said do you need help. But whatever as long as the place is nice right … well the room was gross. There was hair all over the floor and the bathroom was gross! Towels were nice and sheets seemed clean (I sure hope they were) but it was like the floor had not been cleaned at all! And the shower was moldy. Also the drawers for the dresser would not stay closed. Not sure if the floor is that unlevel. At first I thought they were left like that to show they were checked but quickly realized you push them in they come right back out. Luckily it was just the two of us as this could have been a big hazard with children.
