Summary: Our stay was comfortable. We only stayed for one night after our cruise between disembarking, the train ride to Anchorage and our flight home. The staff was very accompanying and the hotel supplied shuttles for us. The only issues we had was this was a very old hotel and although it was just updated some, the quality did not match the $400 room fees. That was probably my biggest issue. My daughter stayed in a much newer hotel for just a bit more. We had a PVC pipe to lock the window, overspray on the TV from the paint reno and the bathroom door did not close.
