We have a large master suite with a king bed, walk in closet and french doors that lead out to the pool. A guest bedroom with a queen bed and lots of closet space. The flex room and living room both offer queen pull out beds with memory foam mattresses. A guest bath with a tub/shower.
Guests will be able to have full use of the entire property.

Summary: My family loved this home from the moment we walked in. It was on a nice quiet street but only a few miles away from busy Siesta Village and beautiful Siesta Beach. We liked being near the bridge so we could easily go to the grocery store and restaurants off of the island. Plenty of room for 4-6 people. TVs in every room even outside by the pool area which had lots of seating options. The den was like having a 3rd bedroom because it had a pull out couch, closet and TV. Everything throughout the home is nicely remodeled and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the spa and pool most of all! When two teenage boys tell you multiple times how much they loved the house and thank you with a hug you know you booked the right VRBO! :-) I also liked the fully stocked kitchen. It had everything you needed with quality pots, pans, cookie sheets, toaster, blender, etc. We appreciated the Keurig and K-cups. My husband liked having access to the garage and being able to park the car in it and out of the hot Florida sun. Washer and dryer were a big plus. We were very thankful a beach cooler and pool/beach towels were provided, it was so helpful since we flew into Sarasota airport, which was an easy 20 min drive from the house. Communication with Jennifer was superb. She checked in on us and made sure everything was going smoothly. We are hoping to stay here again in the future.
