Vaulted, high ceilings make this 4-bedroom feel incredibly spacious and elegant, you’ll regret staying anywhere else!
Modern: equipped with all new Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi, everyone will be enjoying themselves! Bring along your favorite shows via your own streaming services and put your feet up in the reclining sofas in the living room and enjoy a movie! Need a little extra space? Fold down the futon for an extra sleeping space!

Or enjoy a lakeside game of basketball, tennis or volleyball! This home in located in Davenport near Champion’s Gate near multiple grocery stores, brand new restaurants, and shopping centers! Take a quick drive down to Posner Park shopping plaza and enjoy a movie in the luxury theatre or pick-up some gifts or a bite to eat!

The Kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances and everything else you should need. Plenty of plates, cups, and even plastic ware for the pool deck! Toaster, microwave, blender, etc. are provided. Dining table has seating for 6, with 3 additional places on kitchen island! Additional dining space on the pool deck for those outdoor meals, with 2 tables and at least 6 chairs.
Pool Deck is very private with a wooden fence on the property line, a covered lanai plenty of seating and a few lounge chairs to enjoy the sunshine! A gas BBQ is provided (guests may be required to exchange propane tank).
Pool doors are equipped with chimed alarms to ensure young children are safe. Pool also equipped a safety fence. Please DO NOT fully remove the safety fence provided on the pool deck. This is in place for your protection. To access the pool, simply remove a section of the fence to allow passage. Always replace and secure the fence when the pool or deck is not in use. Fence must be fully replaced upon check-out.

Bedroom 3 – Queen Bed
40” Smart TV, dresser, private closet and ceiling fan. Adjacent bathroom shared with bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4 – Queen (Toy Story Themed)
A cheery Toy Story theme, queen-size bed and 40” Smart TV. Dresser, private closet, ceiling fan and day bed perfect for reading or playing games!
Living Room features a 55" Smart TV, Electric Fireplace and Reclining sofa! Additional sofa folds down into a futon for additional space. Easy pool/pond access!
High-speed Wifi, cable and free local calls are available!
A washer/dryer are available for your use.

A Starter Kit of supplies is provided to get you started upon arrival. Additional supplies may be necessary; we recommend planning a trip to a local grocery store after settling in.
Pool heating is $35 per day, and must be requested and paid in advance. Heating is required to be on for the entire stay. (Minimum 3-nights required if your stay is shorter). Pool heating currently unavailable – we apologize for the inconvenience.
A Gas BBQ Grill provided free of charge. Guests must clean and empty the drip pan after each use. Guest must replace the gas propane tank if needed.
No commercial or recreational vehicles, including (but not limited to) tractor trailers, cabs, boats, personal watercraft, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind, including (but not limited to) hitch trailers, 5th wheel trailers, and gooseneck trailers; or any vehicle that is hauled on a trailer can be parked on property overnight.
