No street parking is permitted.Additional Details:• HVAC units in the dining area and in each bedroom• Pets are VERY welcome :) Please inquire about our pet policy!• Our home is located in Upstate NY near the woods and mountains - there are bugs outside and occasionally inside• Please note that our home was originally built in the 1800s so it doesn’t have extremely high ceilings, but is full of charm and character. The ceilings are about 7-8ft and vary in some areas of the house. Please be mindful of this before booking your stay with us. By the way, Alex is 6’4” and has comfortably enjoyed our home :)• We require a two-night minimum stay, however we will be asking for a three-night minimum stay on holiday weekends. Thank you!
