Positive: Stylish 3 bedroom cozy apartment, located just 12 km away from fantastic touristic city Puerta de la Cruz. Grocery shops (Lidl, Dino etc.) are just 10min away by walk .The flat has big terrace with a great view, kitchen equipped with necessary tools. Overall it's good apartment to stay 4-5 days with friends or family. Additional plus is free street parking available at any time - there is always spot to park.
Negative: No WiFi in the apartment. Seriously! In 21st century the owners cannot afford 25 euros monthly payment to make their guests be almost completely satisfied with their stay? This flat has great potential, but the realization is scarce: no proper kitchen mop or dishwasher soap for washing dishes (Not even mentioning the absence of dishwasher), one single blunt knife for entire kitchen, no necessary kitchen accessories like proper frying pan stirrer or salad bowl. On the terrace the plastic seats are useless and non-comfortable at all, with their low seats you cannot enjoy the view. There are no proper table on the terrace - which make me think that the owners didn't put great effort to make this flat fully functional and fantastic. Apartment is good, and that's it! Most certainly I would not come back again to the same place if they don't improve things. Last thing to mention: there is no lift and the stairs are quite narrow, where half of the way up is blocked by not-well assembled chair-lift system for disabled person
