The house is surrounded by a large well-kept garden with a private pool and a beautiful panoramic terrace where you can dine outdoors. The villa is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, is tastefully furnished and you will have every comfort to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The house is on two levels with three bedrooms for each floor. On the lower ground floor, as well as two recently renovated and elegantly furnished double bedrooms, there is a third bedroom with two beds and a bathroom usually used by guests for the service staff. The house is close to all services and the beautiful beaches of Piccolo and Grande Pevero are only one Km away. Porto Cervo Marina is only two Km away and you can visit the famous shopping arcade and walk along the pier to admire the luxurious boats that every summer they moor in the famous marina. Not far away are many other places on the Costa Smeralda with countless inlets of white sand and clear water and the opportunity to visit the islands of the Maddalena archipelago famous all over the world for their priceless beauty. From the house you can easily reach the famous promenade of Porto Cervo, where you can admire the beautiful boats moored in the port and the elegant windows of the most exclusive shops of the Costa Smeralda.
