Nous vous proposons en location notre maison toute rénovée, très lumineuse de 220m² située à Quimiac, à 11 km de Guérande et à 20 km de La Baule.
Parfaite pour 9 personnes. Idéale avec des enfants.
A proximité immédiate des animations de La Baule, Pornichet (golf, restaurants, boutiques, Casinos, Thalasso …) et à 1 heure de Nantes.
Idéalement placée dans un environnement très privilégié, au calme, au fond d’une impasse, bordant le Bois de Promota, où les enfants peuvent gambader et faire du vélo en toute tranquillité.
Un petit chemin qui traverse le petit bois sans aucune route à traverser conduit à la plage en moins de 3mn.
A seulement 200m de la plage de Lanséria et à 5mn du centre de Quimiac (commerces et marché hebdomadaire en hiver et bi-hebdomadaire en été.).

Transats, table et chaises de jardin pour 10 personnes, barbecue sont aussi à votre disposition en été.
En hiver, la cheminée (insert) permet de belles flambées. Le bois est à disposition.
La participation aux frais de ménage est obligatoire et s'élève à 130 euros.
Nous louons à la semaine pendant et hors vacances scolaires.
