Villa Lanceri is a splendid stone villa, recently renovated and nestled in the green Umbrian countryside, just 15 minutes from Umbertide.
Immersed in a large fenced park with olive groves and several fruit trees, the property offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes, and allows you to enjoy the utmost tranquility and privacy.
At a slightly lower level of the garden you will find a beautiful pool (15 x 10 m, depth from 1.40 m to 2.00 m), open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in November, and equipped with: The pool also features: a stone paving, internal lighting, a small kids' basin, a hydromassage's area with waterfall.
Under the lovely pergola with climbing plants is a lounge area with a sofa and armchairs, a dining table for 10 people, a stone wood-burning oven and a barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals, surrounded by greenery.
For sports lovers there is a tennis court whose use is included in the price.
Lastly, at guests' disposal an uncovered private parking for 4 cars.
Internal Description
Villa Lanceri consists of the main building and a dependance (located just a few meters away). The whole property can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ensuite bathroom (with shower). All windows are provided with mosquito nets. Pets are allowed on request. A cot and a high chair are available upon request.
Main building: The main building is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 4 people.
On the ground floor, guests will be welcomed by a large living room, furnished with sofa, armchairs, tv and fireplace. Following is a dining room with a table for 10 people, and a large kitchen with fireplace and wine cellar. The kitchen is fully equipped with: stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and microwave. The living room, the dining room and the kitchen have French windows that allow direct access to the garden.
A toilet completes the floor.
The first floor (that can be reached by climbing a staircase) is dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (with beds that can be joined together if necessary). Each bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom (with shower) and a private balcony (with a splendid view, table and chairs).
Also on this level there is a billiard room with an authentic French-style pool table and an antique sofa, perfect for having some indoor leisure.
Dependance: The dependance is set on 2 floors and can sleep up to 4 people.
The ground floor is made up of a spacious suite with twin beds (that can be joined together if necessary), a bathroom (with shower) and a living room with sofa and chaise longue.
Then you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs there is a second suite with double bed, bathroom (with shower), living room and large balcony with table and chairs.
Both suites have a coffee machine and a kettle.
