It is located only 3 km from the town of Labin where you will have the opportunity to try gastronomic delicacies and top-quality wines. Villa Kalea offers as much as 265 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 1500 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with TV and en suite bathrooms with shower. Three rooms have a double bed, while the fourth room has 2 single beds that can be joined into a double bed.
As additional facilities, you will use a washing machine, iron, and one separate toilet.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family and friends. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with seating. The ideal place for evening gatherings and relaxing with TV and your favorite movies is the living room, which contains a sofa, armchair, stools and a coffee table.
