Summary: Great location/beach/pool. Great restaurants and wonderful restaurant staff. Pool-side service was too busy and hard to get a hold of, but the restaurants were easy to get seated/service. Check-in/check-out was painfully slow and frustrating, took nearly an hour to properly be credited for a spa discount that I had not been given at check-out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite warnings about not being allowed to reserve pool chairs all were reserved w/ towels by early morning. Frustrating that staff never actually enforced their policy of removing towels after an hour. Overall good with just those few small issues.
