Enjoy additional beaches at North Avoca and Avoca just a short drive away. The upstairs master bedroom contains king bed, built ins, ensuite and split system air conditioning. Downstairs bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and Bedroom 3 contains a double bed. Access to the small garden area from the downstairs bedrooms.

Summary: Overall a good place to stay - walking distance to Terrigal shops and beach (as long as you don’t mind a very steep hill). Nice big open spaces and a great living and kitchen area. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately the neighbours were a bit painful during our stay with unending phone calls on the balcony and a “very” happy news years day for those on the other side which was a bit of a put off. Also the stairs in this place are brutal, so steep and all kinds of angles and changes in direction - our small dogs fell down them multiple times so we had to just slept downstairs. Master bed comfy but two downstairs mattresses are very thin and cheap. Otherwise a nice place - we felt quite at home here.
