Very nice renovated family duplex with a very nice view over the whole chain of the Ecrins massif. The apartment faces south-east and is located less than 5 minutes' walk from the start of the slopes / ski lifts (400 m) and the resort's shops. Auris is a family and warm village resort which rises to 1600 m. It is on the edge of the forest and gives access to the 251 km of track in the magnificent Alpe d'Huez area (Glacier peaking at 3300m, Sarenne the longest track in Europe, ...).
The 48 m2 apartment is composed of:
- on the 1st level of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining / living area (convertible sofa), balcony and WC
- on the 2nd level is 1 bedroom with double bed of 140, a 2nd bedroom with double bed of 140 and mezzanine with 2 single beds of 90, as well as a shower room with WC.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
