Welcome to our new and stunning home, located in one of the few lofts in the entire downtown Vancouver, this hidden gem in our coastal city is not one to be missed.
We are happy to also offer a parking space included in the unit, a rare amenity in downtown Vancouver, along with access to 3 different shared patios! There is a rooftop patio, the perfect space to enjoy the sunset, a patio on the same floor for some quick fresh air, and one on a lower level with a BBQ. Access to these shared spaces is included and has no restrictions. Lastly, the gym is also available for your enjoyment as well.
We are located in the heart of Vancouver, with plenty of conveniences and activities nearby. A designated parking space in the building is provided. Groceries and plenty of shopping options are just footsteps away and world-class dining options are just at your fingertips.
Our home is the perfect place for you to base your adventure in Vancouver we feature:

Please note that our unit is in the heart of Vancouver and many sites and locations are easily accessible. However with living in downtown Vancouver, there might be some street noise in the evenings and on weekends.
Our parking space is a "small space", meaning we can only accommodate smaller vehicles like a hatchback and sedan in the spot. We will be happy to make recommendations for paid parking options if you have a larger vehicle.
There is a ladder that leads to a deck area. This ladder is for decorative purposes only and guests are NOT permitted to climb this ladder or use the deck area with the electric candles. Any injuries sustained from violating this rule are at the sole responsibility of the guest.
