Welcome to beautiful San Diego! We are located in a beautiful city of Encinitas with a famous Moonlight Beach nearby (4 miles from the home resort). Unit D is in the standing alone site with other unit B and unit C on the same property. There unit B and unit C on the same property.
B1: full size bed, pull out twin trundle bed, desk walking closet, window. 100sq.
B2: queen size bed, 3 seats couch, , bath tub, window. 150sq.
Unit C has 3 bedrooms 3 private baths, kitchen, no living room. own entrance.

C3: queen size bed.
Clean bedding, towels, shower/shampoo are provided.
Please dispose toilet paper into the trash can and don't throw the foreign objects, food, diaper, tempon into the toilet. If you have a problem with it, please don't book.
The property staffs are friendly and helpful on site to assist you. They stay on the same lot, but different property which won't use unit B or unit C entrance. They work hard to maintain the high quality of the home resort facility and amenity for you to enjoy and relax. If you have any questions, they can be reached 24/7.
This type of room rental is suitable for a guest who doesn't mind making friends. If it is not a peak season or holiday, you are renting a room with your own common area, your own entrance within in the entire Unit B or entire unit C. Spacious parking is complimentary. Will welcome you and provide you with an introductory tour to be familiar with the living environment when you check in.
No smoking, no pets, no outside visitors, no party. For the liability, privacy and safety issue, please ONLY registered check in guests can use the salt system swimming pool, SPA jacuzzi, basketball/Volleyball court, trampoline, miniature golf, and any other home/room facility and amenity.
