Just driving up to our house you feel the world slip away. Inside and out, we love the calm, sun-drenched place we live, surrounded by trees but with a big yard to breathe in. Sitting on the deck for morning coffee or evening barbecue dinner, you can watch songbirds below and hawks above. And jump in the pool midday to cool off! And inside, we melt into the cozy couch or cook up great meals in the kitchen. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Come and enjoy this casual and fun home, huge yard, and swimming pool! Filled with interesting design elements and bathed in sunlight, there are many things about this home that will entertain you. Tucked away and private, it's also in a great location near Barnstable Harbor, shopping and restaurants.
This beautiful three bedroom, 2.5 bath has all the amenities you will need on your vacation, and space for everyone to gather together or retreat to their own private nooks. The front door leads you into an open layout kitchen with a large dining table, a great place to gather around, cook and socialize.
Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the living room with a comfortable sectional and large TV. Great spot to have fun and hangout with your favorite people!
The first floor also features a half bath and a terrific office/library. Inside you will find a cozy place to read, relax or work. Don't worry about bringing your own books. No shortage in this house!
Upstairs, you'll find a full bath with a clawfoot soaking tub with a skylight overhead. Two bedrooms are to the left (one with a Queen and the other with a full-sized bed), and the primary bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and its own private full bathroom.

Off of the living room is a slider that opens up to a beautifully large new deck with patio furniture where you can overlook the yard as well as the in-ground pool. An enclosed outdoor shower is tucked in a cozy corner, open to the sky. A gas grill on the brick patio makes for easy summer meals. The large yard has room to run for the kids during an intense game of tag, play on the swing, or lounge on the hammock in the shade. Graze on fresh raspberries or pick a bouquet from the flower garden.
This property is just a short drive to historic Barnstable Village where you will find Nirvana Coffee, adorable shops and classic restaurants. Millway Beach and Sandy Neck Beach are a short drive away. The Cape Cod Canal is a great place to see the boats enter and exit the Canal, ride a bike along the 14-mile bike trail or just go for a nice walk!
