Adjacent to the kitchen is an eight seat, dining table and a nice living area with oversized leather sofa and a 65 inch ultra HD TV.
Downstairs you will find a second living area with a second 65 inch TV, a half bathroom, laundry, facility, and an adjacent dedicated workspace.
In the master bedroom, enjoy million dollar views of the lake and stuff out onto your semi private porch and enjoy relaxing evenings in the swim spa or stroll down your exterior stair case to enjoy the pool and fire pit area or walk out onto the Pier. The master bathroom is a dream with a walk in shower with rain, head, custom, volcanic rock, bath tub, dual vanities, and a toilet with bidet seat.
