After a delicious meal, snuggle up on the sofa and turn on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV for an entertaining time with your friends. The lower level features a convenient outdoor dining area on the patio, a game room equipped with a Ping-Pong table for entertaining tournaments, and one bedroom.
