Summary: Clean, nice communal facilities, but room interior seemed very rushed and unintentional (e.g. rubber lining around shower was not trimmed to size, no lamps next to bed only bright overhead light). Never saw any staff, everything was self service. Convenient location to be able to walk into Germantown.
