Positive: The staff at the Club lounge at 26th floor. Very helpful and respectful.

Negative: The Receptionist named Britney and the supervisor which I forgot the name (a lady with long hair and blue/black suit). They are not representing a service of Ritz Carlton hotel. Serving with insincere smile, not responsive to guest’s concerns and very slow in check in process. We have to wait until 3 pm to check in and need to check by ourselves whether the room is ready or not. She promised us a newly refurbished room yet we got a humid, old and unpleasant odour room. Very unlike 5 stars hotel service. We have been traveling to 35 countries around the world in 4 & 5 stars hotel like Banyan Tree, Marriot Hotels, Sheraton, Shangrila etc. All the staffs are genuinely friendly and have the courtesy to make every hotel guest feel convenient and comfortable despite of just sticking to the rules like a robot. Definitely will not staying again in Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan Jakarta.

Summary: It’s not a five star service. It’s not a Ritz Carlton standard. Sorry to say this.
