Property is located in a quiet cul de sac and comes with wifi and sonos music system
Perfect for a couple of families to share, once you arrive you will no longer need your car.
There is plenty of osp in the secured grounds.
Enter house into open plan Living, Dining, Kitchen. Living area complete with large couches, wall mounted Plasma Smart Tv and Foxtel and gas fireplace. Heaps of natural light available through large windows and sliding doors with white shutters.
Kitchen area has bench with 4 stools, modern appliances, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker and walk in pantry.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 and family bathroom located downstairs
Dining is available indoor and outdoor and seats 8-10 people.
There is a laundry with Washing Machine and Dryer.
Upstairs takes you to a large landing and 2nd living area with couches, tv, dvd and fireplace and Large Air Conditioning Unit. This area opens onto large balcony with large sitting chairs and stunning views over Port Phillip Bay.
Master bedroom and ensuite located upstairs, as is Bedrooms 4 and 5 and family bathroom. There is a small kids play room with toys and tv.
Front area is very large and includes separate Kids rumpus room with table tennis table and other games as well as family bikes and helmets. There is also a large Vuly trampoline with sides to protect the kids. The property is secured by an electronic gate and there is a small secured chicken coop at the rear of property.
Large deck at front of house has outdoor dining, furnished lounge chairs, hammock and sun or shaded reading chairs and leads to brand new pool and spa with pool house.
Bbq is located on rear deck
