Built in 2004 and constantly maintained cottage is located in a quiet cul de sac in the beautiful OT Steina. Here you will find peace and relaxation - in a few meters you are in the woods or on large fields and meadows. The approximately 70 square meters large house can accommodate up to 6 people. It extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a large living room, an open kitchen and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are upstairs. The direct access to the fully fenced garden with terrace completes the picture. Up to 3 dogs are very welcome

The open kitchen adjacent to the living area with the dining area is equipped with - ceramic hob - oven - dishwasher - 30L freezer - large fridge - toaster - coffee maker - kettle - sufficient cutlery and crockery. The large living room has direct access to the terrace. It is equipped with a large flat screen TV, radio and CD / DVD player. Both bedrooms are on the first floor and have a small balcony. The first bedroom is furnished with a large double bed -here is also a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two people. The second bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds. The bathroom has a shower. The garden of the house is completely fenced with a ca 80 cm high fence. Garden furniture is available free of charge. Due to the southern orientation, they can enjoy the sun for most of the day. Up to 3 dogs are very welcome
