Positive: Very clean. Kitchen well supplied.
Negative: The entry code on the front door did not work - required the key. Needs an exterior keypad for the garage door opener so don't have to enter the unit and go to the back of the garage to open the garage door.
Summary: Great place in Rockaway Beach for two couples and two kids. Walk to the beach.
