This grand old lady sits on the waterfront esplanade giving you deep water access to the Sandy Straits. Sleeping 8 people, the home has 3 bedrooms, main has a queen bed, second bedroom has 2 sets bunks & third bedroom has a queen bed. There are ceiling fans in most bedrooms and pedestal fans if required. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, microwave, fridge/freezer and oven. The renovated bathroom has a shower and separate toilet (no bath). Also the renovated laundry has a washing machine (no dryer). Open air off street car parking in the large yard. There is a pontoon to more your boat for ease of access to fish and enjoy or beautiful waters. Enjoy the beautiful breezes. No pets allowed.
No smoking is permitted in the house.
Pillows and blankets/quilts are supplied, you will need to supply your own linen and towels. Linen hire is available from Rainbow Linen Services on 5488 0100.
A booking/security bond is payable on or before your arrival and refunded within 5 days of your departure once the property has been inspected.
